After launching Bachelors Inc., Joseph and his team have remained committed to helping affluent Black men navigate the challenges of modern dating by connecting them with extraordinary and intentional women. Joseph is a proud graduate of NC Wesleyan University, where he earned degrees in Sociology and Computer Science. Before making his mark in the world of love and matchmaking, he built a diverse career across multiple industries. As a licensed real estate broker, he helped clients achieve financial stability, and as a Senior Case Manager at an all-male state prison, he guided inmates in preparing for a positive re-entry into society. His broad experience has shaped him into a strategic, well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of human connections and the ability to navigate complex situations with insight and empathy.
A recognized authority on Black dating, Joseph has been a cast member on a major television series and featured across leading media platforms, including NBC, BET, CBS, Business Insider, BRAVO, PEOPLE, the Philadelphia Tribune, DatingNews.com, E!
