  • Reports related to child safety receive top priority and will be handled immediately.
  • RBL collaborates with law enforcement when necessary to report potential threats to child safety.

6. Compliance and Legal Obligations

RBL adheres to:

  • The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Article 8 (Child Data Protection)
  • Other applicable laws protecting minors from exploitation and harm

7. Enforcement and Consequences

  • Violation of this policy results in immediate account termination.
  • RBL will cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
  • Any content involving minors will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
