VIP Matchmaker

Responsibilities:
– Engage in client recruitment and management processes to identify suitable matches for our clientele.
– Must be a people person, a social butterfly, and have a Very Strong sales acumen.
– Utilize lead generation techniques and follow-up strategies to maintain a robust database of potential matches.
– Actively participate in social and traditional networking events to expand our reach and connect with potential clients.
– Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative matchmaking strategies and contribute fresh ideas.
– Adhere to confidentiality agreements and non-compete clauses to protect client information and uphold professional standards.
Experience:
– Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
– Exceptional sales acumen to effectively promote matchmaking services and attract new clients.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
– Certification in matchmaking or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
– Proficiency in using a laptop/computer for daily tasks and communication purposes.
